Scheduled an appointment with me for a recall. Cleared my appointments for the day and drove 30 mins here to be told by a rude employee that there is actually no recall for my car. Thanks a lot for schedulling with me for something I did not need and acting rude when it was your own mistake. Not the first time it happened though: every single time I visited myers I was received by rude employees who spoke to me as if I was an idiot and seemed to have zero concerns about me or the vehicle I bought in this location. Shouldve listened to the dozens of people who told me this was a bad place to bring my business to. Do not buy or schedule anything with them if you wish to be treated with the least bit of respect or you want a trustworthy dealership that wont waste your time and money.

The manager was great and very welcoming the sales man was great the greeting was great the car was great Orleans Nissan was great. Everything was on point!

Passable - barely, after the sale it seems like everything is some kind of battle.

Things promised during sale not delivered on satisfactorily. Still awaiting "plugs/studs" for the box of my truck, was promised a Nissan branded remote starter (because they're much better - and more expensive), got a crappy after market one instead, a small dent in the side of my vehicle that the sales person was going to have looked at when the Nissan Branded remote starter was installed (ahem), wasn't.

The service was amazing, people were helpful and friendly, the sales person showed me everything in the car and how to use it and said I could come back anytime to get more info on how to use the numerous technical devices in the car. It was my best car buying experience until now.
