I took my truck in for an oil change and said I would wait. After an hour I thought my truck would be done as I had been told that. My truck was still sitting where I had left it an not even started. Then they rushed it thru for me but I still had to wait another 40 min. I have always had excellent service on Saturday's and this was my first time on a week night.

Huge shout out to Sheila Bray in the service department. Sheila was so friendly and efficient when I came in without an appointment. Didn't have the exact piece we needed so had it delivered and installed within 30 minutes!! So happy with the service that was provided today!

Very disappointed, for the SECOND time, with the lack of honesty as well as the level of customer service here. We have purchased a vehicle from this dealership in the past, and attempted to be loyal customers again (giving them the benefit of the doubt from our first experience) but yet again, they have shown us just how much "appreciation" they dont have for repeat customers. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
