Absolutely beautiful place. I've never been inside this place since they have taken ownership. Love the old cars in the show room. Was very nice inside. Super helpful and I didnt even have a account with the parts department and they took my order over the phone. And loaded me with a forklift and help me tie down my load. I purchased a large hood for a medium duty truck. Thanks from Extreme Fiberglass Solutions. Nanaimo

I just purchased my very first vehicle from Laird Wheaton and it was an amazing experience! I am a new driver and when I started shopping around Wheaton was the first place I visited found a vehicle i fell in love with but wanted to make sure i explored all my options so I left that day and visited a few other dealerships test drove a few other vehicles but did not have the same treatment anywhere like I had at Wheaton so i went back the next day and purchased my first vehicle! I got a beautiful SUV that I never thought could possibly fit within my budget but the amazing team I had made it happen!

My experience has always been great! This is the only place I take my vehicle! Such friendly and knowledge staff! I've never had any problems with this dealership!

If you like to be treated poorly, have them waste your time, lie to you and try and weasel a higher price then stated and agreed on. Go see this dealer.

HUGE RANT TO LAIRD WHEATON GM! I have received nothing but poor customer service from them regarding the Bluetooth in my 2014 Chevy Cruze. I have written reviews on Laird Wheaton GM before, and have been contacted and asked to take them down because it "makes their dealership look bad." Finally, I decided to take my car to Peter Baljet GM and had a completely different experience! If you are looking to purchase a Chevy, GM, or Buick vehicle, go to Peter Baljet GM!

From my experience this company has been pretty amazing. They are highly educated with their services so Im wondering what it was they wernt capable of fixing? Company's dont turn down business..... So unless it was something that wasnt able to be done I dont see why you have this huge issue where you feel the need repeatedly bash a company? Im curiouse to what you needed done to your cruze that Peter Baljet was able to fix for you? Could I please see some proof of the work they did differently and the problem that was fixed? I dont like to make conclusions based off of customers that are throwing fits on fb because they didnt get what they want. To be honest this is a bit childish and without proof i would not want your rants on my page either. To be honest, it sounds with you reportedly trying to post rants like you claim....sounds like harrasment to me.
