Great customer service! I was in and out multiple times. They found a way to get me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. Forgot to get me to sign a couple things and asked me to come back filled my truck up for the trouble. This is the second vehicle I've purchased here and I will continue to buy more. Highly recommended.

All I can say is that my experience at laird Wheaton was amazing. Everyone, particularly Kristine and Craig were wonderful, helpful, and made the purchase of my new Chev Cruze easy, and so much fun! thank you all for your guidance and assistance...you know I'll be back for my 3rd Chev Cruze in a few years! Bye the way.....the Cruze is the best car I have ever owned!!

We bought a 2015 Buick Encore yesterday the sales team and finance department made our experience very enjoyable. Lenoard was very professional and answered all our questions.Overall we are pleased with our experience and we drove off the lot with our new vehicle.

I cant tell you how disappointed I am in my experience at your dealership. My daughter purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruise from you a few months back and has had trouble with her audio system. For a young girl the stereo is one of the most important features her biggest purchase of her young life. The audio system locks up on her while she is using her Bluetooth and as of today, when she plugs in her music through a cable. She has been back to the dealership several times and has been told there is nothing they are willing to do about it. Suggested she contact Chevrolet direct which she has done and they are not will to do anything about it and have told her to go back to the dealer. The service department has told my daughter everything from the salesman doesn't know what he is talking about, to most people don't use that feature anyways, to it must be your phone. For the record her phone works fine in both my wife's and my vehicle's. It also worked fine in the loaner car she had from you which she had to pay for. They also asked her to change her review she put on google reviews. To her credit she told them no. I just sent a review on one of your posts that you just took down? Why would you do that? good thing we took a screen shot So my question to you is why would you not stand behind your product or honor your warranty?
