I recently purchased a Chevy Cruze from Laird Wheaton GM and it was a very positive experience. From the test driving, purchasing, and follow up it was excellent service. Everyone was most accommodating, answering questions and explaining features of my vehicle. I feel comfortable knowing that I can return to ask more questions in the future should the need arise. My main sales representative was Ken Gien and my finance manager was Ryan. I have not yet begun my maintenance service but I look forward to interacting with the service team as well. Love my Cruze!!!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I was welcomed into a family today. Laird Wheaton but specifically Greg, Leonard and Kristine. i love your new building and the tour in the end was very nice to familiarize me with where I need to be in the followup maintenance appts. My neighbors must have thought that I was a movie star with that nice man dressed up and driving such beautiful vehicles. They made several trips to and from just to look after me in my needs. It is a wonderful feeling to feel like I do coming away from a dealership. There is a first time for everything. Laird Wheaton you are my first. I will see you in my future. By the way nobody noticed that my new COACH matches my Coach purse.
