My Wife and I expected our first truck purchase together to be stressful. This wasn't the case. Ken made our experience fun and exciting. No pressure, told us the facts and had the proof for everything he said about the vehicle. Christine was very nice and made all the little details clear to us. Thanks Guys!!

I just purchased a new vehicle and had a great experience with Alma and Ryan who made this such a wonderful experience. I was well looked after, with out high the high pressure sales that you often hear about. I look forward to a long relationship with this company.

We got a brand new truck that we had for less than 24 hours and we ended up on the side of the Parkway in a 120 zone in the pissing rain. We are lucky that we weren't in an accident. My 7 month old was also in the car. After having a lift and tires installed at laird wheaton the valve stem conveniently comes off causing us to cut off several vehicles. I would NEVER recommend any one to deal with Laird Wheaton GM The sales team (Mark & Ryan ) did there job for us so thankyou for your service. However, the service/parts side of that building is another story. It was nice to hear one of the mechanics complain "probably one of our apprentices who put the tires on but that's no excuse ". On the plus side your detailer is very nice maybe your service team should take some tips from him. I never read reviews about this place before going in but clearly it's obvious the parts side needs some serious help. My family has been in the car industry for the last 50 years I should have known better when they said this places reputation has gone downhill when wheaton took over. Please do not reply with some excuse like the previous reviews. You have a review system on your Facebook for a reason. Hopefully next time you will be more careful of your work because you are lucky my son is okay.

Question? Did you ask for new valve stems to be install? Then I wouldn't blame the shop if you opted to save $5 to $10 a wheel on an install. On the other hand did anyone inspect them prior to installation to ensure they were ok?

I just bought a new car here. The sales woman was easy to talk to and very human. Every step was seamless and easy. All the staff knew their job well. It was a very quick and simple process. And I love my car.

I have had my Vibe serviced at Laird Wheaton since I purchased it new in 2010. I have never had a complaint about the quality of the service. The only problem experienced was the install of the new version of on-star where the first attempt didn't work and we had to go back a second time. Even though this was the fault of on-star, Laird Wheaton loaned us a Cadillac at no cost. Always friendly, always professional and a job done right.

Had my vehicle detailed here and when I picked it up my radio and door locks weren't working. They absolutely refused to accept any responsibility for this. Called next day and they were even more adamant that they could not possibly have done anything. I told them there was water in the protective covering for the wires that run between door and chassis. He said this was impossible because if that happened then it would be the same driving in the rain. Well I've driven in enough rain and don't get water in the wire covering. They would not accept my saying it all worked when I brought it in and now if doesn't. Simply to figure out! I am sure they used thd faub to unlock the doors when they drove it into the service bays. Or did you unlock it manually???? Offered me reduced labour rate to fix it. Seriously, you damaged it and now want me to pay You to fix it. I live an hour away so I certainly would not be making a false claim because I have better things to do with my time then sit at a dealership. I would think with all of todays social media businesses would go the extra mile to get your business and referrals, not negative reviews.

Hi Rita, I'm sorry you've had such an ordeal. As discussed on the phone with you we will need to see the vehicle before we can make any decisions regarding your concerns. We wash well over 1000 vehicles a month and this is not something that we come across.
