I chose Bytek because of their proximity to my work. I can walk and don't require the shuttle. I had not read any reviews online, nor had I been influenced by word of mouth or advertising. I bought a "new to me" 02 Jetta TDI with lowish km on it a few weeks ago. Always wanted an older Golf or Jetta TDI. I stopped in there 2 weeks ago to get an oil change and full inspection. They did an excellent job and provided me with a clear and concise list of items which needed attention. The service advisor Rawad gave me some priority recommendations and was very helpful. Took the Jetta back in yesterday, dropped it off at 7:30 to have some of the bigger ticket items on my list taken care of. The car was ready by 3:30 as agreed upon. Made an additional appt for next week to get at the rest of the items to be addressed. This is a solid shop and I will be bringing my car in for regular maintenance in the future. I'm extremely happy with their service. I will be recommending them to family and friends if they need their vw serviced.

my husband and l purchased two vehicles,we traded in our cars which was a smooth quick process,the experience was pleasant,and stress free thanks to Dilhan,l would recommend this vw dealership to anyone l know who are interested and that is because of the experience we had with Dilhan!!

Parts are atrociously over priced. With parts easily found online, you'll notice that this dealership charges you double. Customer service is OK. The shop once damaged by car during a repair.

We do have an economy brand of common parts, such as brake pad/discs to provide a more economical option to our clients.
