Nothing more to say other than this is our 3rd VW we got from David and I we go out of our way to purchase at Bytek, even though we have a VW dealership in my area in Hull. Thanks to David and is personal approach, we will continue to deal with Bytek. Thank you

Had a great experience with Andrew at VW. Very knowledgable about the car, helpful and friendly. We test drove a car. Did not end up leasing a car through VW, but had a great experience overall.

Brought my car in for body work. Was told it would take 4-5 days so i also got it serviced at the same time. Drop it off on a Monday. Called following Monday and was told it would be ready Tuesday. Then called Tuesday to be told it would be ready end of day Wednesday. Called again Wednesday and was told they didn't know when they would get it back from the detail department and that they had other cars like jaguars that they had to do as well as if they were more important than my car that I was paying them to fix. I will never buy another car from them or get work done there again.

We would absolutely recommend Bytek Auto to anyone looking to find out more about VW vehicles and the VW lifestyle! This is our second VW experience and we have continuously had nothing but fabulous, fun, professional experiences every time we walk through the door - whether it be to look at a new vehicle or get a service done on our existing vehicle. my engine light was on and the problem showing was engine cam shaft positioning sensor, so i changed that part with them. After 2 days, my engine light came on with the same problem although they changed it there and i have been trying to contact them for an appointment to see what is wrong with the car and no one got back at me yet.

Of course, we would be happy to properly diagnose the issue for you, and have booked two appointments with you to do this, but unfortunately, you were not able to attend each time. Please let us know if you would like to book a third appointment, as we are keen to resolve this issue for you!
