Got a door hinge repaired. Quick and easy to setup an appointment. Repair took no time and it was all covered under warranty. 5 stars, nothing to complain about.

This is the 2nd VW I have purchased with the help of Attila. I called him when I was contemplating buying the 2nd in May as my 1st experience 4 years prior was memorable, compared to previous dealerships. I have recommended both Attila & Bytek dealership to many people contemplating buying a VW. Delighted so far with my Passat TDI

When I compare with my last experience at another dealership, I have to admit that I was more than impressed by David's professionalism and ethics. He was very calm, no putting any pressure. He was here to help. It made me very comfortable and signing the contract was smooth, no stress at all. I am therefore extremely satisfied with my experience.

First off, I'm from Chatham On and my dealer is Richmind motors. I've allways been served in a way that has always been above amd beyond my expectations of customer service. How excellent customer service is compared to bytek is beyond my wildess dreams. I was from out of town and needed help with my locked nut as I had forgotten it in my home town. I guess that's what happens when you leave your locked nut key in your socket kit. That said, I showed up at Bytek to see if they could lend me a hand as my tire was rubbing on my front passenger side wheel well. Simple fix to the coilover really. 5 mins I'm in I'm out. However I'm told that they will only loosen up the nut and that they will not thighten them back up. Supposed to be some insurance thing. Whickbi get but why would you leave a but loose and go drive away is actually in it's definition, stupid. I'm told I can't be on the lot in order to remove the wheel either although there are many, many spaces away from cars to take a wheel off. In any case, they tell me they will lossen up the nut but won't tighten it back up and that I'm to purchase a new set of locked nuts at 67.74$ tax in. Now when I came in i was parked in their service welcome area. In order to not prevent my vehicle from impeding other customers from going to the service desk, I move my car to a customer parking spot. I go into their parts store get my new nuts and go back to the service welcoming area. I wait there for 15 mins and ask the other gentlemen there if the original guy I was talking to is coming back. The funny thing is when I parked back in the service area he looked at me and walked out of service area. So there I am 15 mins later thinking this guy would be back with the key to help but he not. He's sundenly out to lunch. I ask the second guy who just flabbergasted me with this new information and tells me he can't help either as all the mechanics are also on lunch. Look I get that people have to eat but they literally close shop at 12:15. Where is that on there service department hours that nothing gets done by anyone during lunch time. Now second guy tells me I have to move my car or book at service. So I moved my car to a customer parking spot and go back to the service desk to wait. While I wait i see at least 4 different mechanics come in and out and talkbto the second service guy. So here I am sitting at the service desk writing my review after waiting for 30 mins. Now as I'm about to submit my rewiew service guy 1 comes in. Tells me I now have to put the car in the bay at 62$. So again... If you are not from Ottawa or bought a vehicle from Bytek. Don't expect excellent customer service. You want good service from a vw dealership... Go to where I bought my vehicle. Richmond motors of Chatham.
