I cross shopped over 10 different dealerships in Ottawa and spent hours online researching and looking for the "the one" including another VW location once I decided on a Jetta. Dave Vaughn was my salesman and I can't say enough good things! I had a set of questions after my research that he answered without any cheese or BS and really worked on my behalf to set me up with the payments I needed by working with his colleagues to negotiate my trade-in. I already have, and will continue, to refer friends to Dave @ Bytek when in the market for a VW.

Rawad and the entire service team at Bytek VW have been taking care of my Volkswagon's for the past 2.5 years. Rawad in particular has always been fantastic to deal with and has taken very good care of me for everything from servicing to larger repairs. I originally bought a used vehicle there even though the location wasn't overly convenient. It was the service experience that kept me coming back and that made me comfortable enough to upgrade my vehicle and my fiancé's vehicle at Bytek. My only complaint is that the shuttles aren't very convenient for me, but that is due to the fact that I work in Nepean and the majority of their clients seem to need shuttles to the downtown area. I have used the service department at Bytek for servicing (regular maintenance), winter/summer tire changes, detailing and for one larger repair on my previous vehicle. Every experience has been equally good which shows me that they have ongoing dedication to good service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Bytek service team to any VW owner.

Best service I ever had! I have been servicing my Volkswagens (4 in total) at Bytek for the last 15+ years and it's been the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I also purchased 2 new cars from them and have no regrets since. Rawad (my service advisor) is always available to help, even when I am out of country, and gives me valuable no-nonsense advice. I think I've developed good family-like relations with Bytek and their people. Thank you!

I reached out after hours for a bit of information on a Golf R... I did so with relatively low expectations..but writhin 5 mins, David contacted me with relevant insight... Frankly, this was quite unexpected, and that alone convinced me that this was the type of relationship I could value.. A few days later, I met David at the dealership and concluded the transaction in the most professional and expeditious way one could imagine.. David was knowledgeable direct and frank, and we quickly concluded an agreement. I look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with David and the Bytek Team.

We had a great experience at Bytek with our salesperson Derrik. Most salesmen we encountered at other dealerships during our car search were constantly hovering around us and trying to actively sell us the car at every turn. Derrik on the other hand let us take our time exploring the car without any pressure. When we had questions he proved to be extremely knowledgeable and seemed genuinely more concerned about helping us make a good decision vs. just trying to get a sale.
