Le personnel n'hésite pas à se concerter pour trouver la meilleure façon de faire. Andrew m'a fourni d'excellents conseils en ce qui a trait à mon nouveau véhicule (verrouillage, entretien extérieur, etc.) et Scott a effectué la mise en place des faux cils et des brillants (eyeliner) sur les phares avants de la Beetle. Merci encore une fois pour l'excellent service reçu!

David is truly one of the best salesmen I've come across. He wasn't like your typical salesmen who's pushy and just wants the sale. He took his time with me over the course of a month to insure I leased the vehicle that was right for me. I first came in inquiring about the trendline model which David gave me the quote for but then I jumped 2 more tiers to the comfortline TSI and I'm glad David took his time with me or else I would have been unhappy with my purchase. Thank you David for everything! I will be a repeat customer so long as you're with VW!

Great drop off and pick up service, was a little annoyed that I had to return from out of town because a seat belt had to be ord

. As I live in Brockville and I did mention that the seat belt was comming apart over the phone I was a little annoyed that Byteck had to order the part and I would have to return to install it. There were other Jettas on the lot that the part could have been pulled from or pre order this part that a customer can visually confirm that the seat belt was comming apart and telling the service department that I did not feel comfortable having anybod use it. I realize that preordering parts and having them waiting is not practical, but weighing the facts and distance that a client must travel and doing the reapir in one visit can vastly improve the client's experience.

David, heard what I said I needed and delivered in spades. There was also a frank discussion on what I needed and there was no prerssure sales which i really enjoyed. He provided options and let me make my decision. I will definately always go to David first to purchase a car despite the model I am looking for.
