I had my car written off by my insurance company. I bought from Bytek before so I wanted to go back to them. Brett was very understanding and helped us look at all of our different options to get a new Volkswagen, and made sure we understood all of the monthly programs that applied. Andy helped us to keep our rental and was able to help us get a good deal as loyal customers. We will always recommend Bytek to our friends and family!

Dilhan was prepared with the product I wanted to look at and review immediately on my arrival at Bytek. He was very thorough in explaining the functions of the 2016 Jetta. The finance department was very good at explaining the options for continued protection on the vehicle. When my vehicle was ready for pick up, Dilhan ensured every function of the car was reviewed and thoroughly explained the service and parts departments to me. Before driving off the lot, Dilhan went over all of the controls in the car and assisted in setting up the link between my phone and the vehicle. I drove off the lot feeling valued as a customer.

"your car is ready." "I'll come and pick it up soon." *at the dealership "Sorry our washer is really busy, he didn't have time to wash your car. Would like to wait 30 minutes so he can do it?" "Why wouldn't you wait until it's clean to call me then?" "I'm REALLY sorry about that."

Hi Daniel, and we're sorry to hear that you were not happy with your service visit. We try to wash all of our client's vehicles, but simply cannot do all of them. If the weather is really cold, we do not recommend washes. Also, we are sometimes short staffed, and cannot wash every car. We would be happy to wash your car at your convenience. Simply call out service department and they would be happy accommodate you!
