Came in for tire change - very pleasant service, bonus to get wash.

I was happy with the service provided for my tire change, and appreciated extra service of the car getting washed. However, I had also asked for a quick check of some cracking I'd noticed on the front logo of my Tiguan (just bought 5 months ago from Bytek). When I picked up, there was no mention of this at all, and when I checked my bill after, it mentioned two areas of damage "due to accident". I have never been in an accident with my vehicle. If there is damage, it occured prior to my purchase, so I was sorry this wasn't addressed verbally when I picked up. I won't be coming back to Bytek, mostly because it's not convenient for me, but I was left with disappointment that the damage to my vehicle was put back on me and not discussed, or offered options.

Attila sold me a car in Dec. 2014 and he exceeded my expectations.

Attila helped my wife and I to choose a car that suited our needs. We had a budget in mind and Attila went through the different options and presented the advantages/disadvantages for each. We discussed the price with him and he was able to offer a very competitive price as we were buying a second car from the dealer. There was a problem with the delivery, it took longer than expected, but he had us upfront that delivery might be late and he kept us informed in the weeks that followed, until he had the car in the shop.

Attila was up-front with us when we bought our 2014 VW Diesel Jetta. He also saw to it that we received the full set of original carpets that came with the car. After sales we called to inquire about the first oil change and were told that it qas only due around 15,000 km. A week ago we called to make sure that it was OK if we were slightly over 15000 km for the servicing and were told that it was OK. We had made a snap decision to visit my parents in New Brunswick, a 2400 km round trip (to Moncton area). Our fuel consumption was 5.0 litres per 100 km. We also observed that the fuel consumption was about 4.5 lires per 100 km during the first part of the trip using V-Diesel (This was a bit of a surprise for us as I had by mistake pumped in V-Diesel; however, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprized once I realized what I had done).
