Very helpful and cordinated insurance services in a very timely manner. All staff were very friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friend or relatives.

The service department sucks. My 2015 sierra makes a bottom end knock. 2 foreman’s and a tech agreed it’s a knock coming from the bottom end, but they flat out refuse to fix it. Service manager says they’re not going to find anything and to wait until something happens before they’ll fix anything under warranty. It’s been in the shop every second day almost. Now I’m left with a truck they won’t fix, a truck that has a heavier weight oil than it should, and a truck that still knocks. I offered to pay for oil sampling, asked about a discounted labour rate to have them fix it, and even doing the diagnostics myself. They’ve refused every course of action. After seeing how they’re service department handles warranty claims, I don’t think I’d ever bring them another vehicle. Not the service you should receive after spending tens of thousands of dollars on a truck.

BEWARE!! they may accuse you the valued customer of "Extortion" if you don't receive the excellent service you expect and pay for.. and when you attempt to attain resolution for the poor service you received they will avoid and ignore all your attempts to get a remedy until you flex your social media support but then they'll tell you what you want to hear and never follow through with their promise.. I wouldn't trust this dealership with an oil change let alone purchasing a vehicle..

I'll make this quick...sort of. Bought a car, wasn't happy with it really. Parked it after three months. A few months later returned to Laird Wheaton and asked for help trading it off and was told they would look into it. Went back a month and a half, or so, later and checked in to find that nothing had been "looked into". Asked for help again also asked if they would consider selling the car, for, me on consignment. Went back at almost exactly the one year mark since I bought the car and was offered %84 less than my purchase value as a trade-in. I complained and was given the phone number to a buddy of one of Laird Wheaton's managers. "Buddy" is from a different dealership. I was also informed that this would be the end of the "help" Laird Wheaton would give. "Buddy" never returned my calls or texts after one, very brief, phonecall in which I discovered that he had no idea what was going on. Selling the car privately now. To be fair, the service was very good...until I left the lot.

I bought my 2015 Cruze a week ago. I was cautious about buying a car because I didn’t want a lot of hassle. I was in and out of the dealership within two hours and it couldn’t of been simpler. Chad and Kristine, the finance manager, made the experience as simple as possible. They were very knowledgeable and professional, thank you guys very much :)

Who else would we go to? We have dealt with Ken numerous times over the past 20 years! He is always friendly and outgoing... no gimmicks, no dumb sales pitches. We told him what we were looking for, he showed us our options and we bought the car! From the test drive to the info session about the car, Ken is number one in our minds! Thank you!

The vehicle was due for an oil change. Servicing of the park assist system was indicated on the message display. I booked an appointment to have these matters dealt with. The service advisor pointed out that the transmission had not yet been flushed so that was also attended to.

Salesman Ryan approached my wife June and myself and asked how he could help. I let him know what I was looking for in a pickup and Ryan quickly told me that the model I thought I wanted was not in stock, but did I want to look at the models on the lot ? Upon looking at what was available on the lot, I found a Colorado Redline that suited my needs well. Ryan handled the whole process of my purchase professionally. He was polite, respectful and made the entire experience very much a positive event. I have a truck that I enjoy driving more and more each time I get behind the wheel.
