Mark made the whole experience easy! Went above and beyond what I would ever expect. Mark helped facilitate the transport of the vehicle to get the company logo on it, organized and ordered seat covers and floor mats, happily dealt with the few different employees who kept coming in to pick up/drop off the vehicle and Mark kept track of everything that was going on :-) We were so happy that we ordered another truck through Mark at Laird Wheaton. Thanks MARK !

Sales team has difficult time try sale vehicles as only thing they have very expensive vehicles. The service department refuses to listen to consumer when their vehicle is have issues and rely on computers to tell techs how to fix it.

Outstanding service after purchasing my new Escalade So many features for me to learn. I have not have a new vechicle for many years so there was a lot for me to learn. I was made to feel very comfortable and all of my questions were treated respectfully. As well I was encouraged to return if I needed anything else explained again.

We felt like they were lying to us about what was wrong with our vehicle, so we would spend more money. They checked out the tranny and charged us 80 something dollars to tell us that a hose had a leak in it. We brought our truck to a tranny shop for 2nd opinion and they said there was no leak. Shady.... didn t appreciate the girl at the counter attitude either...
