False info regarding what needed to be fixed on our vehicle

We felt like they were lying to us about what was wrong with our vehicle, so we would spend more money. They checked out the tranny and charged us 80 something dollars to tell us that a hose had a leak in it. We brought our truck to a tranny shop for 2nd opinion and they said there was no leak. Shady....

Very knowledgeable and not pushy for our buying experience, let us know all you neeed to know about how to operate everything in the vehicle. Also phoned a few days after the purchase to make sure we were happy with the new vehicle and everything was fine.

I have to comment on the poor customer service at the service desks. I walked in to get my front/rear diffs and transfer case serviced on my silverado 2500 with a 15% off coupon from the current "Island Living" coupon book and it was a fight to get them to honor it. First I paid full price due to employees saying they had never seen the coupon before. Then after returning to speak with management to get approval for the discount it turned into a 45 minute ordeal that at best got me a 10% discount. After doing the math myself and mentioning it, I was told that was the best they could do because I was already given a discounted labour rate. At this point I took the lower discount as I did not have more time to waste. ** however the issue was rectified after management contacted me after writing this review**
