I bought a 2024 Tiguan from them last week and I couldn’t be happier. Everything about the process was very clear. Abdalla was really helpful and professional throughout from the first time I walked in to when I walked away with my new car! Bytek also has their own Factory Certified Collision Centre which is great to know should you need it. (Hopefully not!) 10/10 would recommend Bytek.

After having to iron out a few wrinkles, Anik Roy was and still is being extremely helpful; one wrinkle left to fix, and she has gone out of her way to ensure that we are satisfied with our new VW. Jennifer Curle was clear and concise on the financing end. We would recommend both of them should you choose to deal with Bytek Volkswagen.

This place sold us a car sight unseen, told us it would be equipped with options and once we got it home found out it didnt have a bunch of the things we were told it would have. fast forward a year later and its having so many different electrical problems its arguably not even safe. Transmission goes limp while pulling out on the highway. Wont go into park without rocking the shifter back and forth. abs and traction control lights come and go. headlight drl randomly strobes. radio just does tv static until you reset it, etc etc.When we had it in for service and explained the issues we were told "we will look at it next time you are in for service" When i tried to discuss a replacement they told me Im at a loss and will have to pay a price increase to get into the same vehicle that it is not their problem. A new vehicle that I might add is no guarantee will actually be any safer. 2023 Tiguan and salesperson is Amanda. Would not recomend This dealer or volkswagen to anybody.

Recently purchased a Tiguan from Bytek Volkswagen and the process was actually enjoyable. Not something I can say about my previous experience with other dealerships. After browsing some of the vehicles online, Amanda reached out to me to set up a test drive and the rest is history. Amanda was upfront about the options, the cost and at the end of the day we got the trade-in value we wanted and the Tiguan is now in my driveway. I personally had a great experience. I recommend you check them out for your next VW.

I visited Bytek with my son to look at the Taos. I had seen one on the road and liked the look. The salesperson first asked who was going to be driving the car. When she learned it was myself, a senior female, she directed all of her comments to me. I am pleased with the car and have had an excellent experience with Bytek.

I was overly impressed with the entire claims service at Bytek VW. My Atlas Cross Sport was keyed, and I was worried about the repair, so much so that I even debated trading it in. However, when I picked it up, I was blown away. Not only was the repair flawless, but the car was also washed and cleaned to perfection. They even went above and beyond, touching up other small scratches and dents that were visible and had been a nuisance for a while. The level of care and attention to detail was exceptional. Thank you for the outstanding service!
