Wonderful staff. Was my first time buying a brand new car. Being a young girl (19) I was nervous I might get "scammed" into something I didn't want or need. The complet opposite happened. They found the perfect car for me that was in my budget (2017 Hyundai Elantra) I love my car and I love how easy and smooth buying it was!

Not enjoyable!! Lies lies lies.

Wile talking to the salesman to purchase my new vehicle I asked for winter tires to be included in the deal and I was told there is no room to do it. I then asked if he could throw in a few services and again I got there is no room. The salesman told me I was getting the best price in town so I continue with the deal b/c a good friend set me up with this dealership. This friend sends your dealership many customers every month and when I talked to another friend that he sent over and that friend purchased a new vehicle also he got extras included in his purchase. I was not a happy camper!! After I was finished with the salesman I was taken to the business manager to complete the deal. As I was talking to him he sold me the 10 year transferable warranty for the electronics on the car but never told me the total cost of this warranty. So I agreed on the warranty and when he printed out the sales contract he had me sign all the proper boxes and then lets me know all about the no remorse pourton of the contract. I would think a business manager would have explained that part before having a customer sign a contract. Next time I will bring a lawyer with me. Hang on there won't be a next time at your dealership. When I got home I was looking over the contract and seen the 10 year warranty started the day I signed the contract. My car was not going to be there for a week. The next day I emailed him asking why I was paying to warranty a car don't have yet. I also asked why I was warranting this car when Hyundai was warranting it at the same time. Didn't make sens to me so I cancelled the warranty. He told me that's how the 10 year warranty works. So I pick up my new car and leave the dealership and two days later I was washing it and I noticed some glue on the hood from the shipping protected plastic that would not come off from washing it. I took it back to your dealership and showed it to the service department and they had the employee that dose the detailing look at it and he said no problem he can remove that but I needed to make a appointment. So I talked to the sales manager that was on duty and told him the car was two days old and I didn't live close to the dealership and he told me he would call me back on Monday by lunch to fix my hood. I never heard from him again. On that Monday the original salesman called me to ask me if I liked my car and I told him my story about my hood and he said he will look into getting it buffed out and would call me back within the next 48hours. Well on Friday of that same week I walked into the dealership and talked to another manager and told him my story and wile I was telling that manager the salesman came into the office and says to me (Bruce I was just going to call you) I told him ha was lieing and asked him what was going to be done to fix the hood and he said the car needs to come back to the dealership. I told him he can pick it up at my house and fix it and return it back to me and he agreed. On Monday he picked up the car from my house and I to.d him I need the car back on the Wednesday to go to Montreal at 8am and he said he will personally bring it back on Tuesday. Tuesday after work I came home at 5:30pm and my car was not here so I called the dealership and asked for the salesman but he was busy with another customer so I talked with another sales manager and he said he sees my car in front on the dealership and I asked if it's done and he said he didn't know and asked if he could call me right back in 15 minutes so I said yes and gave him my cell number. 15 minutes passed, one hour passed,two hours later my phone rings and he apologize for the delay because he lost my phone number (lies) and had to look it up. And that's when I lost it and said to him that I was told that Huntclub Hyundai had bad service after you purchase a new car and your dealership was no better and that's when he lost it yelling at me about not to put Myers in the same boat as Hunclub and I said to him well then just give me back my car. He then told me my car was ready to be picked up and I told him the salesman that took my car was to bring it back as I didn't get a loaner car so I had no way to get there. He told me the salesman left for the day and I was very upset b/c I need my car for 8am the next day. He then said he would make arrangements and call me back. 10 minutes later he called me back and apologized for yelling at me earlier and said he had two people going to MTL in the morning and would have my car back to me before 8am. The next day my car was home @7:30 and the hood looked great and I drove to MTL. Lied to by the salesman. Lied to by (2) sales managers the only person that didn't lie to me was John Burnett and I didn't buy a used car but he was the only one that helped me! Really sorry I went threw this......buying a new car is sapost to be fun but not at your dealership it wasn't.

Very honest, friendly and low pressure. Was not pushed into a test drive, was recommended to go home and sleep on the numbers. Generally unheard of to have a dealer let you out of their grasp. This speaks to the service.
