Great interaction. No oversell. Addressed all questions and concerns. Painless. I would direct people to serious look at Myer's Hyundai.

I leased a Hyundai Tuscon in April 2017. Service was good. My father was at your location recently and was treated very poorly by a Sales Manager no less. He enquired. about a Tuscon lease and the sales manager, not once, but twice told him "there is the door if you don't like my price." One of those was with a $6.00 a mth difference in request and quote. My father asked about family discounts since I had recently leased from your location (and had recommended you) and was told neither I nor my husband could be found in your system. So, for the sake of $6.00 a mth you lost a sale. I have had 3 Hyundais, my father was willing to get his third from you. I will no longer recommend your location no matter how good my service is going forward. I am extremely disappointed in your rudeness to my father. If you couldn't find me in your database your record keeping must also be very poor. It won't be the service you provided to me that I will remember, but the lack of service to him.

I did NOT say, in my previous comments that I would not recommend Myers...I certainly would. I related the experience I had when I met with the Service department at 9:45 PM May 25.....yesterday....

Appointment made for 10:a.m. Thursday. Received reminder notice. Arrived 9:45 from Arnprior. Manager David Kennedy advised Ryan (detail person) would not be in until 10: Okay..Young Colored man very friendly advised he Ryan would NOT be in. When asked why by the Service Manager, he was informed that he had left a week ago. I was advised to call back in two weeks and make another appointment. That's okay but I should have been notified before I arrived that the appointed service person was not available. The salesmen to me this was a common occurrence and notices of changes were not made and should be... We are your customers and this was my first visit to MYERS, My family have dealt with Myers for well over 60 years so I was and am disappointed.....We will try again, I have no other choice anyway. sad!
