I bought a used car from Myers Orleans and was very happy with both the salesman Ivan and the subsequent service I received. After having the car for a week or so, it developed a stalling issue that was resolved quickly & efficiently and with the addition of the accommodation of a loaner vehicle. Overall, I would highly recommend visiting Myers Orleans before buying your next car. It was certainly worth the drive for me!

We needed to get a new car. We needed up at Myers Orleans Nissan to look at a used car at the dealership. Unfortunately that vehicle wasn’t going to fit our family. I received a call the next day from Ivan. He recommended we look at the Nissan Pathfinder. We came in the next day to check it out. We purchased the Pathfinder. We had the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. We worked with Ivan, Mike, and Mark. Everyone was helpful and went above and beyond. The Pathfinder not only fits our family, but is exactly what we need.

I gave Ehren Winges a bit of a hard time, however he made the experience exciting and matched my level of quips. I am glad he actually knows not only what he's talking about, but aftercare for the vehicle also. Ehren knows his stuff, and is an avid car enthusiast on top of that which complimented my knowledge in that realm just as much. Talking about racing games on consoles, which products to use to keep the car buffed up and reminiscing about older beater cars we owned really put me at ease with dealing with him. Ehren has amazing skills and knowledge, and for a customer like me I really felt like he cared instead of whether he met his monthly sales expectations.

Generally service is pretty good, but this time someone at the service centre tried to scare me into a more expensive service. I did not remotely appreciate it.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience working with Nataly and the greater team at Myers Nissan! She was able to answer all of our questions, provide us with the information we needed to make the decision for our vehicle, and she always delivered top customer service! I would highly recommend working with Myers if you're looking for a vehicle. They made it a stress free process!

So we originally bought a used 2017 Nissan Rogue and I quickly found out I was not a Rogue person after all! I am pretty thankful that Myers Orléans Nissan has an exchange policy! I just picked up my new to me green machine (2017 Nissan Qashqui) today at lunch time!!! Much more my size, speed and style!!! And the bonus is I’ll never again lose my car in the parking lot!!! I can’t say enough great things about this dealership. They went above and beyond to get our business from the minute we walked through the door. Ivan made us feel comfortable and at ease! He most definitely knows his stuff! Mike Nasser the finance manager was amazing to work with as well! They were all so friendly and easy to talk to and amazing service! I am so glad we bought our car from Myers! I Will always recommend!!!

It has been a few months since Nataly got me into my Rogue and I'm still so happy! She really went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best possible vehicle at the best price and made sure to listen to what our needs were. Mike in financing was incredible to work with and made the whole process seamless. I can't forget to mention the detailing team that had my car sparkling when it was delivered!
