I purchased my first ever vehicle last week from Myers. The experience was great, they provided me with a great protection plan, and clearly treat their customers well. Scott was great, he helped find the right vehicle for me and at no point did he use any pressure tactics to get the sale. Marc also set up my financing and left me feeling confident that my vehicle will be protected for a while.

Love this place for taking excellent care of my Nissan coupe and now my 2018 Toyota Rav 4. Last week Orleans Toyota estimated $420.36 with tax to fix a front mud flap. I paid $339.05 at Myers Nissan with new Toyota parts. Highly recommend Myers for friendly, professional service and fair prices.

From start to after sale Ivan, Andrew and Marc were awesome. It was a new experience for me bying a car from a dealership. Welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and upfront. No games like the old days. Haven't had to use the service department but I gotta tell you if their half as good as sales I'll be very satisfied. I would definitely refer my family and friends. I first purchased a used Honda Civic 3 years ago from John when I had moved back to Ottawa. I had always had negative feelings towards dealerships prior to but I thought the experience left me feeling like we had negotiated fairly and the car treated me well. When I went car shopping again this time to find myself a leased vehicle I went to 6 different dealerships and was given various sales techniques ranging from bad to worst, but when I went back to John I felt like it was right where we left off. He’s open, honest, and didn’t try to sell me like many other salesman had tried. I respected how he operated and I am really happy with the vehicle and price I left with. When I walked into his office he had a balloon saying 7000, he had just sold his 7000th car, you don’t sell that many cars without loving what you do and treating people with respect and honesty! See John Arsenyian next time you are in the market for a car!

Bought my first car here with James and I had a great experience. Super fast turn around time, and he was super friendly. He asked about my interests and we had genuine conversations instead of him just pitching sales and numbers in my face. As I was driving out of the lot after buying my car I noticed there was a small stone chip in the window, James and the company was more than accommodating and fixed the stone chip free of charge.

I wanted to sincerely thank James for taking the time with my Mom on her new Nissan Kicks. James as someone who is in sales I truly appreciated that you did not push my Mom, you educated her, you helped her and you guided her. You went the extra mile when it came to showing her all the features and you were patient. Marc-Andre in finance was fantastic, explained all options available and helped her decide what was best for her. You both dealt with integrity with a senior, thank you.

My partner and I went to Myers Orléans Nissan to purchase our first car together and could not be more happy with the decision. Our sales rep. Justin Kreal was very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate of our circumstances when looking for the best deal he could give us. He even risked his life to test the rear emergency braking feature that came with the car! Joking aside, Justin and his team at Myers Orléans Nissan were amazing and I highly recommend coming to this dealership if you want a great deal, great customer service, and a great experience overall.

We purchased a 2021 Rogue from Colin and we agreed that it was the most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had.We went in with a lot of knowledge of this new model and Colin got us everything we wanted and more!The finance process was also very easy and actually enjoyable,things that usually do not go together!Overall, an excellent team, and two very happy customers!
