Worst service experience in over 30 years of vehicle ownership. Beware of the Service Department at Myers Infiniti! 1. They recommend and performed services that were not required There was no evidence that an alignment was was required but it was recommended. They also changed the rotors when the pads still has serviceable life, so they likely didn't need to be changed. 2. Care of your vehicle while at the dealership Although my car is repaired, it’s in worse shape than it was when I left at the dealership. Specifically: - My car now has nicks in the paint from being parked at the dealership where doors were opened on to my car in several spots, several times. - The headliner is dirty because of the way the tires were put in the back. This could have been easily avoided if the middle seat was put down. 3. Juvenile behavior of the Service Team I was curious about the state of the breaks so I asked the Service Advisor to make sure that the pads were kept. This obviously upset the mechanic who did the work because when I picked up the car it was parked way at the back of the dealership. 4. Inappropriate discussions in the Service Department It’s not appropriate for the Service Team to discuss certain topics at a volume that can easily be heard in the waiting room. Unfortunately the service experience was so bad that I have crossed Infiniti the list for my next purchase.

Drove 50 minutes in traffic and 50 mi times back to know that that the car I was interested in for is not ready to show. This is a good exemple of not respecting customer's times. Which unfortunately happens a lot in dealerships. This one is no exception.

Absolutely incredible service! Well, I’ll admit it. I poured about 2 cups of windshield washer fluid into my antifreeze reservoir on my 5 month old 2022 Infiniti QX50. Apparently it happens. And to me at 4:00 pm in Ottawa the Friday nite before a early Sat morning 1,700 km trip to Cape Breton - so I generally freaked out and a 12/10 on the anxiety scale. After a few panicked phone calls to the dealer and tow service, I siphoned about 2-3 cups of fluid that seemed to be generally sitting on top of coolant and then drove the 3 or so km from my place to the dealer. I’m glad I was close. A flush was certainly recommended so I took their advice. Taylor in Service was phenomenal and got me in right away on the Fri afternoon at about 4:30 pm and they were busy AND they closed at 6:00 pm. UGH!!! So I felt very lucky and fortunate. Still freaking out but down to a 8 out of 10 after they told me not to worry. They even had time to do a tire rotation, overall vehicle check, coolant flush and even a wash. My anxiety went then down to a 1 pretty quickly thanks again to Taylor, his relief and the service crew. And after doing my reading and a few deep breaths I was ok with the whole event and brand new vehicle being ok with no issue going forward. Apparently I not the first and was all fixed up in about an hour or so. I can’t thank the Myers Infiniti enough for taking so good and immediate care of me. PS 1,700 km drive went the next two days went uneventfully.

I didn't end up getting a car from this place because I was looking at a specific car in their used inventory and the car didn't meet my needs after seeing it in person. However my experience at this dealer was very great due to Spencer's professionalism. He did not push/force any sales but was very helpful. He provided all the necessary information (e.g. Carfax) ahead of time and was upfront of what he knows of the car and services provided.

I recently purchased an infiniti QX55 at Myers Infiniti and it was honestly a very great experience. Everyone was super nice and super helpful. The salesman that took care of my purchase, Mohammad, was incredible. Definitely went above and beyond, making it an excellent experience. He was definitely one of the reason I felt comfortable moving forward with the sale. He made everything easy and it was simply an enjoyable experience. All other representatives also contributed to the overall experience by finding solutions to make sure everything went perfectly and recommend this location if you’re with Nissan or infiniti or looking for a new vehicle.
