We just bought a car from Sana Moustafa, and I would like to share the extraordinary customer experience we had. Sana Moustafa went far beyond her standard duties. Being very polite, elegant, calm, patient and professional, she understood, and knew exactly what we wanted, showed us several car options, and together we reached a perfect deal that financially and operationally exceeded our expectations!! Just a got a 2022 infinity QX50 from them and the experience was fantastic. Dealt with an agent by the name Ounkar; great person whose prime focus was my satisfaction rather than just trying to sell me a car. Like they say you always remember not what somone did or say but rather how they made you feel. He honestly made me feel special and went over and beyond to make sure was comfortable with the purchase.Thanks to him I now see myself as loyal infinty customer.

I recently purchased a 2019q5 with 48k after 1 week change oil came on, after 3 weeks front wheels started scraping, went to garage mechanic said large buildup of rust on brakes needed brake job. Talked sales he said need to drive car every day to avoid rust buildup,,wow Good safety check barely 1000 kms
