Fixed dash light alerts. Told us we need new tires, told us we need some other part ..as well to be fixed.Just gave us a clerk to talk with re the car new needs....

I was in for the late night service booking and I found everyone knowledgeble and extremley courteous and just really great people. Also the late night service is great for people who are busy in the day time, thank you very much for offering this service.

I ended up getting a notice on my car that I had to look up in the book and so then went down to get the tires inflated. The lady who was there just used the regular air instead of 'is it nitrogen?' that my car has in its tires? So all in all I was not impressed with the original service plus when I had the low air figure on my dash' it took me awhile to figure it out and then to find out all my tires were low! Shouldn't that have been dealt with while the car was in for its service? And where do I go to get nitrogen put in to the tires or is the air added now screwing things up? Can't do much with servicing like that!

2 1/2 hour wait for oil change and tire rotation

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, which I scheduled between two other appointments I had that day, when told it would take between one to one and a half hours. While the service reception was pleasant, the oil change and tire rotation ended up taking two and a half hours making me late for my second appointment. Apparently work on my vehicle flowed into the lunch hour so I had to wait for work to resume after the mechanic returned from lunch. I will use one of the drive thru oil change services in future.

service staff were very accommodating and helpful .my truck was ready on time .if i had one complaint it would be that my truck was not lubricated , when i brought it in for oil change and lube . but it was rectified when i brought it in for the front seal repair .
